As Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Miranda Tolar serves as a trusted strategic advisor and leader enabling the company’s transformation and growth.

As legal counsel to the board of directors and executive leadership, she oversees ABM’s global legal affairs, including governance, compliance, labor relations, regulatory and litigation, risk and safety.

First joining ABM in 2011, Miranda most recently served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel overseeing litigation and employment law. Prior to ABM, she was a Partner within the labor and employment practice at Locke Lord LLP.

Miranda is a graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston and Ohio University.
