NEW YORK, May 05, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- By a unanimous vote of its Board of Directors, the Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) has awarded OneSource Landscape & Golf Services, Inc., a contract to provide golf course maintenance services to three 18-hole golf courses in the Tampa area. OneSource Landscape & Golf Services is a subsidiary of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM), the leading provider of facility services in the United States.

Under the terms of the contract, OneSource Landscape & Golf Services will provide grounds and landscape maintenance services to the following courses: Rogers Park, Rocky Point and Babe Zaharias Golf Course. The contract period is for three and one-half years, with OneSource Landscape & Golf Services scheduled to begin providing services on May 17.

The Tampa Sports Authority has responsibility for operating and managing the three golf courses under contract for the City of Tampa, as well as Raymond James Stadium, home of the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the University of South Florida Bulls.
