ABM Industries Schedules Second Quarter Earnings Announcement and Investor Webcast

SAN FRANCISCO – June 1, 2005 – ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM) will announce its financial performance for the company’s second quarter that ended on April 30, 2005 on Tuesday, June 7, 2005 after the market closes.

Early the next day, on Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at 6:00 a.m. (PDT), ABM will host a live webcast of remarks by President & Chief Executive Officer Henrik C. Slipsager, and Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer George B. Sundby. Individuals interested in participating in the conference call are asked to register at 415/733-4061 by Thursday, June 2, 2005.
